i'm 139lbs, and i wanna be around 110-115 for summer. if i ate around 1200 calories & did these following exercises every single day, will i be able to reach my goal? 40 jumping jacks, 10 crunches, 15 pushups, 50 calf raises, 25 russian twists, 20 squats, 100 high knees, 10 reverse crunches, 15 second plank and 10 second planks on each side? if not, what can i do to make it so i can? & what kind of cardio can i do without equipment in my home? thanks SO much!!!

W’eve got similar goals my friend! It seems to me that you know what you are doing. Losing 39 lbs takes time. But you have time! With a 1200 diet plan you will loose 1-2 lbs per week depending on the foods you are eating and your BMI. You have 16 and a half weeks until summer! so if you loose 2 lbs a week you will be at about 107. Which is lower than the weight you want, so you in fact are flexible to loose 1-2 lbs per week! Your work outs seem quite efficient. Id suggest after every few weeks, vamping your workout up to continue pushing your body and toning it so it and you can look your best this summer(:
