i don't have any equipment or what not, what kinds of cardio can i do at home? other than going for a jog!

My answer:

For me, exercise dvds, tv shows, and youtube videos are a fun way to work out! Also they know what they are doing so its better than you just coming up with a random workout. but crunches, sit ups, wall sits, planks, squats, frog jumps and push ups are good exercises!
