I have to admit this. I ate chicken nuggets today. Everyone makes mistakes, no one is perfect. I’m sorry.

calories and foods: I tend to keep my intake below 1000 calories. Not because I count my calories, but because i eat very healthy foods that happen to be low in calories. I feel that eating junk foods and drinking sodas but staying around 1000-1200 doesn’t do...
